How we handle your data.
NameJury is operated by TripFish, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 205 S 1st St, Brooklyn, NY 11211, USA. Contact: privacy@namejury.io.
We collect only what we need to deliver your report: your email, your one-line product description or URL, the names you submitted, and (for paid projects) your billing identity via Stripe. We do not sell, rent, or share your buyer brief with third parties.
What is private by default
- Your brief, candidate names, and report are private to you.
- Public vote pages share only the names — never your brief, email, or contact info.
- Voter profile data captured on a vote page (founder stage, industry, aesthetic) is anonymized.
We use Resend for transactional email (report delivery, magic links). We never send marketing email without explicit opt-in.
Analytics
We use PostHog for funnel and product analytics, with email-as-distinct-id applied only for paid projects — never on public vote pages or free demo runs. We do not send PII to PostHog.
Deletion
Email privacy@namejury.io and we will delete your brief, names, and report within 7 days.
